Randy Heckman is a seasoned technology executive and former public company Chief Technology Officer with more than 30 years of leadership experience in precision power electronics and global technology markets.

Executive Background

Prior to founding Heckman Advisory, Randy served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: AEIS), a publicly traded global provider of precision power conversion, measurement, and control solutions.

During his tenure, he helped architect a sustained period of growth and portfolio expansion, leading global innovation strategy and contributing to multiple strategic acquisitions that integrated transformative businesses and technologies into the company’s enterprise portfolio.

In addition to his CTO responsibilities, Randy served as a business leader with direct responsibility for a >$400 million P&L. He led global R&D and marketing organizations spanning six design centers across five countries, supporting customers in semiconductor wafer fabrication, data center infrastructure, solar energy, and medical technology markets.
